Who we are

Celera Group ("Celera," "we," "us," or "our") is an enterprise AI consultancy. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through celeragroup.com and during the course of our engagements with clients.

Information we collect

We collect information in three categories:

• Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, email us, or sign a contract, you provide details such as your name, work email, company, role, phone number, and the content of your message.
• Information about your visit. Our hosting provider and any analytics we run record technical data — IP address, browser, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamp. We use privacy-preserving analytics that do not set cross-site tracking cookies.
• Information shared during engagements. If we work together, you may share documents, data, or access to systems necessary to complete the engagement. Use of that information is governed by our engagement contract and any applicable Data Processing Agreement.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry and follow up about a potential engagement
• Deliver the services you have engaged us to provide
• Operate and improve our website and content
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

How we share information

We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us run our business — for example, our hosting provider, email provider, and form-handling provider — and who are bound by appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms.
• Authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case continued use of the information remains governed by this policy.

Data security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information we hold. Web traffic is served over HTTPS. Access to client data during engagements is limited to team members who need it.

Data retention

We retain inquiry information for as long as we have a reasonable business reason to do so, generally up to 24 months from last contact. Engagement-related data is retained per the terms of the engagement contract.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at kevin.watford@celeragroup.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and operate primarily from there. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies. Any cookies set are strictly necessary for the site to function (for example, session preferences). Third-party services we use, such as form handling, may set their own cookies under their own policies.

Children’s privacy

This site and our services are intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through this page or by email.
